FIAMS — Festival International des Arts de la Marionnette à Saguenay is a chance to experience and take part in the following:

A repertoire of 45 different shows of all shapes and sizes;
Shows for adults and shows for all ages;
Six puppet manipulation workshops;
Entertaining evenings at Cabaret Hydro-Québec;
A venue for professionals to share and exchange ideas through a number of activities, including seminars, courses, conferences, round-table discussions, specialized workshops, theme nights, among others;
The presence of several representatives, programmers, and journalists from different countries;
A lively event that brings together people of all ages to explore and discover puppetry arts;
A cultural outreach event that promotes both the demystification of puppetry arts and raises awareness among young and old audiences (daycares, students, schoolchildren, adults, associations, general public) about puppetry.
Founded in 1989, Festival International des Arts de la Marionnette à Saguenay is a large-scale biennial puppet theatre event for all audiences that has had a profound impact on the development of puppet theatre and the arts.
