The Oulu Children's and Youth Theater Festival
The Oulu Children's and Youth Theater Festival is a happy event organized by the Oulu Theater every year. Alma Lehmuskallio, the artistic director of the theater, is also the director of the festival. The festival has a two-pronged goal: to provide windows to different worlds and ways of thinking that appreciate the young spectator and experiencer, and to provide children and youth theater performers with a window from which to peek back: spectators, community, other authors, city and world.
